I ordered a pair of HyperX - CloudX wired gaming headphones that were supposed to come in last Monday, but it was reported on Monday, December * that there was a damage. But I haven’t gotten my money back or anything telling me when a new pair will be sent. I have tried calling but haven’t been able to talk to anyone yet.

GetHuman-alreveal did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
