I waited for almost ** minutes in the computer department, and no one even acknowledged me, let alone help me. Once I flagged someone down, I waited another ** minutes, and still no help. As someone ready to purchase a computer, I needed * questions answered. I was not able to get those questions answered, and will now consider ordering a computer from Amazon. I was far more frustrated by the * employees standing by the door chatting rather than attempting to find someone to help me, or even offer me a greeting. Will not be returning to this store. I spent a total of almost an hour and left severely disappointed.
