I purchased a brand new ALIENWARE ** - *TH GEN - **** from best buy. It started freezing so I took it to Geek Squad. Geek Squad couldn't fix it and told me I needed to send it to Dell. When talking with Dell they politely told me my warranty had expired and that the computer express service number and serial number didn't belong to me. Well this is impossible as I bought it brand new! I have the receipt and geek squad documentation. I need someone to explain how I bought a brand new expensive computer that was used!!
GetHuman-jclegg_ did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
