I purchased a computer from your Bend Oregon Best Buy in February of **** we ask to put the warranty on there we assumed that it was on there because it was a warranty that was on the receipt come to find out the person who checked us out put a warranty on a monitor instead of the actual computer which we did not want we told this employee that it was for the computer because we spent over $*,*** on it and not a monitor that cost $*** we took our computer and last night and we're told that the warranty that was put on there was the wrong one and that we were screwed. We will not be buying big purchases from you guys anymore we will continue to go somewhere else to make our purchases if this is how we were going to be treated every time we go in. We got screwed because one of your employees decided to not listen and put on the wrong warranty.
