I purchased a tv in April of ****, because of previous issues I made sure I asked blunt straight to the point questions as (if accidental damages occur will my tv be covered? As if it falls off a tv mount or gets knocked of tv stand.) As well as many other questions. Today I went in store to have my sister in law to pick out a tv and described the warranty I purchased and was informed that there is no such warranty. So I have a **** dollar tv with no protection from accidental damage. The salesman lied to me and had no reason since they do not make commission. I would not have purchased though best buy if I had been told correct information. It is a shame the way the best buy treats and lies to customers. I looked into reviews today and thus happens a lot I just wish I would have knew this before hand. The salesman should be fired or at least written up to prevent this happening to more people.
