I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad *** on December *th, after getting it home I found that the security devised had not be removed and after I attempted to remove it a loud alarm sound went off and last for several minutes, during this time I was trying to reach the store and was left on hold for ** minutes. Long story short after speaking with a Manger and the noisy stopping I proceeded to set the laptop off and have not really had a chance until today to test it out fully. This is the slower ever computer and my concern is if I decided to return it why should I be forced to pay a restocking fee, since this whole ordeal has been one of the worst.
GetHuman1716965 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
