Purchased DSLR with lens with protection plan, sent camera with lense out to service center via protection plan. Apparently it was sent out as camera only. When I tried to pick up my camera and lense, only the camera was returned. I have been waiting for over a month and no one is able to track down my $**** lense. Have not received much help from the store after multiple visits and talking with several different managers.
GetHuman1705485 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
