I have a promotional balance on my credit card of $**** and some change with deferred interest until May ****. However, what I am noticing is that because my credit statement is at roughly $****, any payment I make does not effect the promotional balance.. which is frustrating because in the order I made purchases using my credit card the $**** purchase was first though when I make any payments they do not go towards that balance what so ever. So basically, it’s telling me that instead of me “paying off the promotional balance by the expiration date” I have to pay off the entire credit card in order for my deferred interest to not be applied to my balance. Which is absurd!!!
