On ******** I ordered an MacBook Apple air as a Christmas gift. Delivery was to be a few days after. I received a message today that delivery was delayed and it won’t be delivered until ***** (maybe). If not, they would cancel order. I called today to cancel order myself and they will not allow me to. I do not want computer. I want it canceled. It was to be a Christmas gift. Customer service is awful. I spent over an hour on the phone, was bounced around and got nowhere. If they can cancel on me at their discretion, why can’t I cancel. Help please
