I'm have a problem with my order I receive a text message telling my order was shipped and then it say check your email for more details. I came in to best buy to a vizio SB****N-E*M sound *.* but it wasn't in stock so a sale rep help me to order it for me but what ever she did I didn't receive it and I never receive a email telling me anything but she had all my info it was suppose to be shipped to my house. where is my product I dont no how to track it. I pay for it. I pay for it ******** $***.** ship order * *************
