I purchased a TV from Best Buy about * year ago, and am paying for it on my Best Buy account. The TV screen was damaged by an external impact. Geek Squad reps confirmed this and also confirmed that the GS Protection Plan that I bought would not cover the damage and the manufacturer does not supply a replacement component for this type of damage. Consequently, I need to replace the TV, which we will do at a Best Buy store soon. My question for Best Buy is, knowing that, is Best Buy willing to help is offset the cost of a new TV in any way. Any consideration of this would be appreciated. Thank You.
