The issue in GetHuman-bslustic's own words
I pre-ordered The World Ends With You for Nintendo Switch when the price was $** and was not reimbursed for when it was then lowered to $** before release. I also have Gamers Club Unlocked, which lowered it to around $** when it should have been around $**. Another representative could not comprehend this when I contacted last and refused to help.
GetHuman-bslustic did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
