I purchased a TV not even a year ago and was told that accidental damage is included (this was important because I have small children) Now that the accidental damage has occurred, Best Buy and Geek Squad are both backing out of their initial promise, to protect my TV regardless of the circumstances. I am now without a TV and left with a credit card bill to pay! I have contacted several people and have yet to receive any help with this matter! I want my protection plan honored and my TV replaced
