ORDER *************** *I do not know why Best Buy emailed me about an order for pickup. My order was cancelled by Best Buy, per an email I received. When I got that email, I came into the store later that day to enquire, and apparently it was cancelled because they couldn't get the colour requested. I was leaving to return home, to London, in a few days, so I purchased the colour currently available and walked out with it. **Please cancel whatever it is you have emailed about with no restocking fees.
GetHuman1027705 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.

Eventually found a chat support and struggled to get them to understand & finally got them to cancel it! Very frustrating getting them to understand!!!
