I would like to give my Feedback about Best Buy Customer Service, their complete lack of loyalty towards their loyal customers and their poor Reward Program execution. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the lack of support provided by the customer service agent and her manager whom I spoke today. My $** reward certificate was taken away without notice. Originally this reward was held by Best Buy's mistake and upon hours of phone requests, was issued but only for a limited time. I would like to hear from someone or at least know if I should stay as a Best Buy customer.**Syed Suhail Akhtar
