I purchased an Iphone *s plus , from your online store less than ** days ago. The product has been having major issues with screen quality and has been shutting off, it died and then i plugged it in for * hrs and now will not turn on at all. I would either want a full refund or an exchange of the product. I am in school and do not have the money for a new one. I had been through tons of sellers who have scammed me. and I either need the money back or the phone fixed.
