Help with my Best Buy issue

I recently (****) took delivery of a refrigerator from Best Buy. I plugged it in for *st time yesterday and the control panel doesn't work. I have called salesman (Michael Cassidy) and he has not helped resolve this issue. Geek Squad can't respond to service for atleast two weeks. I have no refrigerator for my new kitchen. Please come pick this refrigerator up and get me a new one or except return and I will purchase elsewhere. I also had to cancel a cook top order because you were unable to get it in stock. * weeks Best Buy had to get in stock.
GetHuman929015 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
