Hi,*Carlos arrived on time which was great.*I told him that I’d done research on the * bright dots on my TV screen and found out that they were burned out pixels.*He agreed with me and said that they could not be fixed and that I needed to buy a new TV.*Also, my warranty was only good for * year on parts and labor.*I had paid $**.** for the “troubleshooting” which took about *minutes.*I asked him about the **% discount that I would be receiving if my TV could not be foxed and he said he’s take care of that. and that I’d get an email to that effect.*I have not received any emails yet.*Could that $**.** be applied to the price of a new Best Buy TV?**Thank you,*Kathy
