I bought a new samsung galaxy * phone last Friday. I also purchased an invisible shield and the staff installed the shield. * hours later there was a crack on the screen. The next day I went in asking if they could replace it as nothing had been in contact with the phone. I believe the screen was defective. **Staff were not willing to help and just said to order a new shield. This disregards that I would have to pay for shipping and pay to have staff install the new shield. I sent an email to the store but received no response. My husband also bought a phone. I would think that spending $**** would mean I would get a working product.
