Set up account on new phone and sim ... Bought a new att iphone * online from back market. My old sim would not work and a customer service representative told me I had to get a new SIM. So I did. I still cant gwt my service transfered on update my device on my online account. It says my phone is still under contract and not paid off but I have an att prepaid account and all up to date on payments
I paid *** for this new phone and im having issues setting it up on my account
Transfer old account on new phone
A few months
Tried to do it online on Update my device and it doesn't work
