AT&T is an American telecommunications organization originally founded in 1983. The company has grown to be the world's largest provider of telephone services and the world's largest telecommunications company. If you're an AT&T customer and want to access your bill or account settings online, simply follow the below steps.

Check Your AT&T Bill Online

  1. Go to www.att.com
  2. In the top right corner, select ‘Account' and ‘Sign In.'
  3. Log in to your account with your AT&T user ID and password.
  4. Once you've logged on, under ‘Account' go to ‘Your bill.'
  5. If you have more than one service, you'll need to choose the bill you want to view. You will be able to access your current bill and all previous bills in your contract.
  6. Click on a bill to expand the sections and see more billing details.
  7. To pay your bill, click ‘Make a Payment.'
  8. To see a copy of your bill, select ‘View paper bill.'
  9. To view bills from before the last 16 billing periods, select ‘Payments' and ‘More payment history.'

If you're looking to view your final bill after you've canceled your service, you'll be able to log into your account, view and pay your bill online for up to 90 days after canceling.

Check Your AT&T Account Settings Online

  1. Go to www.att.com
  2. In the top right corner, select ‘Account' and ‘Sign In.'
  3. Log in to your account with your AT&T user ID and password.
  4. Once you've logged on, under ‘Account' you can view your settings. You can update your contact and personal information, update the primary account owner, change your billing information, and more.

If you're having trouble accessing your online account, you can search the AT&T Help Forum for answers. Many times, other people will have experienced a similar issue and have already found a solution you can try.

Contact AT&T Customer Support Via Phone
