I received my e-bill yesterday and it is $***.**. When it should be $***.**, i have a ** month agreement which didnt end till this month June. Plus, last month, i had an alert saying the bill was going to $** more, which makes it $***.**. Contacted an agent over a week ago and signed up for a ** month agreement and she told me that my bill would be $***.** plus tax & fees. I'd really appreciate your help fixing this matter.
