I need to activate my device .*I need to change my plan to the VZ Tablet plan (*GB LTE Data Plan).*I need to get billing adjustment for past ** days. I was assigned current $** plan by Verizon CS when I transferred in from corporate account, and also said I can change the plan anytime. I have been trying to change my plan for last ** days despite six separate CS chat attempts, * calls, * visit to the Verizon store and ** attempts at changing plan to the self-tool service. Verizon must adjust the charges from last ** days of my service to *GB LTE Data Plan, as it is not my fault that I am unable to change my plans due to your HR and system issues.
