I moved over to Verizon last week * lines and the calls go straight to VM. Stayed with tech support for more than an hour, they put me on hold and finally got cut off without resolving the issue. very bad service.

How GetHuman-meheraru fixed the problem
Verizon tech help adjusted a few settings on * cells phones and as for the *th one - old carrier had not released the line - verizon conferenced the call with me n my old carrier and was able to port the number and make it active. The whole issue was that the number was not ported over and Verizon did not do anything about it, until we called to get it sorted.
