The issue in GetHuman-cobbie's own words
Received new router. Did not know I had to pay for it. Called about return and was told to return it and deduct charge from most recent bill. Did so. Still being charged. Verizon confirmed that router was returned.
GetHuman-cobbie did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
