I’ve have called multiple times, had multiple people out to my house, and still my internet is in and out, I have to reset my (dsl) router ** times a day. I can only have one device using the WiFi at one time other wise it doesn’t work when * or more devices are connected. The internet speed when it does work is so slow. I want my bill waived, I do not want to pay for a service that just isn’t working right. And I need this issue resolved before I get my service shut off for not paying my bill. If this cannot be resolved then I’ll go find internet somewhere else.
