In May, ****, we discontinued our Verizon Wireless account **********-*****.**Since that time, I have received Verizon statements showing a credit balance of $***.**, to be applied to our next bill. *as my account is inactive, I should receive a check for $***.**. My repeated attempts to settle this matter have gone nowhere.
