l have tried calling customer service all morning & continue to be put on hold! Wait *-** minutes each time! I need to pay on my bill & I have lost my debit card. I have a checking act but I do not think you will allow me to use it because I had some financial difficulties for a couple of months! I want to know how I can pay in it! I am being treated for Cancer & have been taking chemo treatments & I can not drive right now! Have to go see Oncologist on Thursday will you allow me to go to a pay center at Walmart and make the payment there, please.*Thank you, *Debbie Shouse
