I've had no dial tone for more than ** hr. I am trying to contact Service: a. I can't call because I don't have a dial tone!* b. the Chat service has continually been "down"!* c. your site does not provide an email contact! Pls send me an email ASAP as to how we can get my line repaired. * Pls note: a. I have medical issues and need access to my telephone* b. I have had numerous prblms in the past (see your notes on my Service issues). Thanks.*(Note: I have had to resort to this *rd-party method of contacting you!)
The self-diagnostic keeps telling me to call Verizon. I don't have a dial tone, thrfr, I can't call!!
GetHuman-kkyhos did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.

*. I borrowed a neighbor's phone to call Service* *. I kept asking auto-system to connect me to a Service Rep* *a. Make sure you get a "Ticket Number". This is the only way to be able to check the repair status on-line* *. The problem was upstream in Verizon's system, probably due to recent heavy rain (loss of service, after heavy rain, has been an ongoing problem for * yrs!)
