I recently placed an order for upgraded service to my Verizon DSL. The order was scheduled to arrive March **th here it is now the **th, my order status disappeared from my account on their website. DSL speed is still slow. Nothing is getting resolved, loss of connection every half hour or so. Cannot access their support pages or their troubleshooter as they load to a blank page consisting of engine flow data and what not. Also cannot verify my new updated e-mail address that also takes me to a error page stating to contact my supervisor? After *** years with this ISP provider I am beginning to regret it.
GetHuman-rbtnn did not yet indicate what Verizon DSL should do to make this right.
