I am furious, I ordered from reetz from McDonald in it said it was supposed to be here ** to ** minutes I got a call about ** minutes later and I was expecting her to tell me she was outside and this girl tells me McDonald's can't make my order I asked her why she says they couldn't make one of the items then I asked her which I don't she named off every single thing, I then continued to question her coz she made no sense she said McDonald's whole system was down and I asked her why I took ** minutes for her to call me and tell me that when it my food should have been here, It sounded as if she had people in the background as I asked her for help and customer service because I have a child that needs eat dinner and it's Super late she kept telling me she has no managers or there are no supervisors, I told her to at least give me a phone number to call for treats for me and she continues to tell me she cannot help me, Then she keeps telling me she has another call on the line and she has to take that call and as I tell her we are not done I still I hope she continues to hang up when she refused to give me a real name she said her name was gin and then laughed and would not give me her last name..... This is an absolute joke I have a child that is hungry even traveling all day there is no food here and we do not have a vehicle we use over to get around so I figured let's try over eats, The fact that the driver calls me when my switch it a been here to tell me that the system just now isn't working anymore and then refuses to give me any sort of help or answers and then hangs up on me, That is absolutely due to Chris you'll do not need to be employing anybody for professional position the handles himself in that manner.... I can't contact you guys my phone number it's about to be midnight and I'm still trying to figure out what's going on up my food cause I placed the order again and it says it's on its way But also what are you guys going to do about this you cannot have employees just hanging up on customers and picking up orders in deciding they don't want to take them anymore, Offer know some customer support numbers hotlines websites or anything have no knowledge of what to do if there's an issue and on top of it laughed at the fact that this is a big deal that my child is not gonna fucken get dinner tonight Continues to hang up most likely for personal call. I really hope you guys call me back because I use you for a ride share and I am head of HR for a very big restaurant group up here, Is not something I ate like to do but the service is appalling my child it furious at me, I drove him all over Colorado doing out call inventory at our restaurants in all over downtown Denver it. I'm really hope you guys call me back not tomorrow not next week but tonight and I hope you guys do something similar to what Amazon or your competitors do as in not only pay for my meal but give me a credit as well, But all settle for a call back because at the end of the day it for ordering food eats to be eaten to same night we order it. I really would hate to start and run a smash campaign through * of the biggest bars And restaurants in downtown Along with the * music venues we are partnered in.. This is embarrassing and make over half a million dollars a year and I can't even get a call back or my McDonald's from a child, So at this point I'm taking it very personal because it is **** and I started this terrible experience at about *:**, Looking past all the flaws in the apps not a big deal, But whoever I spoke with And she says her name is Jen is to provide any more information, Needs to be fired or trained how to do her job. That is like calling an ambulance on accident and asking them who should I call if you can't help me in her knowledge or so lack there of she Would have even been able to say well maybe try the police I'm here to help you. Not go fucky yourself I don't have a good order or good reason for you and good luck with your child and getting him fed and then just hung up on make a she had more important call on the line and her exact words. I really really hope you guys call me back tonight the telephone call is recorded on yours end and all these messages and emails I am sitting to you guys will be kept as reference to please call me back at ********** ..... and Tonight please my child is trying to eat and I can't just walk out of the apartment and leave him home alone
