Hello, I accidentally left my phone near the sidewalk outside my house and a driver from your company kindly picked it up. Unfortunately, they were unable to communicate with my wife who called to inform them. I was in the process of getting a new sim card for an upcoming trip when the call was interrupted. The driver stopped on November 11th, [redacted], between 2:30pm and 3:30pm at [redacted] Boynton St apt. 1, Glendale, CA. If possible, could you have the driver who was at my house between 3pm and 4pm reach out to me to arrange the return of my phone? Thank you, Adam J. Party Plot [redacted] [redacted]

I am not an Uber user, but my financial institution asked me to contact Uber regarding three charges on my bank card that need to be reimbursed. It seems that a scammer used my card for their food and trip expenses. I will be escalating this issue to the FDC for a thorough investigation. I have tried calling all the provided phone numbers and have been disconnected every time. I will not tolerate this situation and demand a resolution. My bank's name is Chime. Please refund these unauthorized purchases promptly. Thank you.

I would like to share my recent unpleasant experience with Uber on November 9, [redacted]. After attending The Beach Boys concert, I called for an Uber to take me home, but unfortunately, four different drivers cancelled on me which left me stranded in the cold and dark. Feeling scared, I eventually had to ask my son-in-law to come and pick me up around midnight. This situation was unacceptable and could have put me in danger. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach out earlier as my husband had surgery the following day, and I was preoccupied with his well-being. I am still shaken by the incident and experiencing nightmares. I was charged for a ride I requested to JFK pickup area. I was waiting with the attendant, while one other couple was also present. I waited outside, and the attendant at JFK advised me to cancel and reorder because the first driver was shown as on route to my destination even though I hadn't been picked up yet. Eventually, the second driver arrived and everything went smoothly. I kindly request that the initial charge for the ride be canceled.

I arranged a ride with a stop at Walgreens. When I was in Walgreens adding money to my card, it took around 5 minutes. Upon returning outside, my driver had left, stating he had to go, leaving my son and me stranded. The app wouldn't let me book another ride or cancel the current ride. The driver didn't cancel the ride and I was charged $32 for a $7 ride that wasn't completed. To get us home, I had to book another ride for my son since the app showed I was still on a ride. Despite contacting the help center, I was only refunded the extra $25 in Uber credit, which was inconvenient as I needed the money for work. I then had to pay an additional $4 on top of the $7 to get home. This situation is unacceptable as I feel like money was taken from me unfairly.

On November 14th, I noticed a $7.53 charge for a ride that I did not order. When the driver called me, I explained that I didn't request the ride and there seems to be a problem with your system mistakenly charging me. I urgently need this charge of $7 to be refunded promptly. Although my records show $7.06 charged, the actual amount taken was $7.53. I request an immediate reversal of this charge. Additionally, I am unable to find a button in the app to turn off Uber one to prevent further charges, so please assist me with this. I expect a response within 24 hours to address and resolve this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I used my registered number [redacted] to request a ride to Nirman Vihar. Despite the app displaying "sorry, we can't find" a ride, it continued to search even after I closed the app. Eventually, I had to arrange another ride as you were unable to provide one in time. After waiting a while, your driver called and demanded Rs. 49, which I refused since the ride was canceled. Despite this inconvenience, I am willing to pay the amount as the service was not provided promptly.

I would like to confirm the correct name and address of the hotel for my pick-up. The hotel I will be picked up from is not listed in the dropdown menu. The details are as follows: Date: 1/4/[redacted] Pick-up Time: 04:30 AM Hotel: Comfort Suites Airport South/Cruise Port - [redacted] Southwest 19th Court, Dania Beach, FL Destination: Ft. Lauderdale Airport; Terminal 3 My Uber reservation made on 12/18/23 shows the pick-up location as Comfort Inn Ft. Lauderdale Airport South Cruise Port. I am unsure if this is the same hotel for my pick-up. Please confirm.

Hello, I am unsure when my ID was blocked, but I was not informed of the reason by customer service. I did not make any mistakes, yet my account was put on hold when I tried to use my car. My license is valid, and my Aadhar card is also in order. I am not receiving any calls on my number, neither from people nor from customer care. I would like to work with you, sir, and if I do, I cannot make any mistakes. I have taken a loan to use the car, so why would I make a mistake?

Today, on Wednesday, December 27, [redacted], my daughter and I were given a ride from LAX Parking Structure 3 to Long Beach Airport around 2:30 PM. I suspect the driver was from Uber Black walk-up service because he could exit the parking structure using a keycard. I paid in cash, so I don't have much information except for the fact that he drove a spotless black Suburban, wore a neat blue oxford shirt, and used leather driving gloves. Unfortunately, my daughter left her satchel on the back seat because she wasn't feeling well. I haven't been able to reach Uber through the app, so I'm hoping to track down the driver to check if he works for Uber Black and if he found the lost item.

During my recent trip with Uber from Golden Plaza Hotel in Zirakpur to Chandigarh International Airport, I encountered an issue with the fare. The app displayed a fare of [redacted] rupees, but the driver demanded [redacted] rupees from me. Despite my objections, the driver became confrontational. I have evidence of the payment made, which I can share via screenshot, but I am unsure how to proceed without a contact email or information. I was sent a message by Uber, stating the trip had been canceled after it had already begun. Subsequently, another Uber was dispatched to my location while I was already in a different Uber. The initial driver kindly offered to take me at no cost. However, a second driver, Ramon, arrived at my house but I explained that I was already in an Uber. Ramon seemed upset. Despite Uber's error, I was charged a cancellation fee. The situation was out of my control. I paid the first driver, Manuel, directly for the trip which was originally meant to be charged through Uber. Manuel can confirm the details if needed.

I previously drove for Uber on my bike using my own ID. Recently, I attached a car to my Uber account. Unfortunately, my brother mistakenly uploaded his picture on my bike ID, resulting in the closure of both my bike and car accounts. I urgently need my bike ID closed, and my car account reopened. My family relies on me as the sole breadwinner, and our financial situation is dire. I apologize to Uber for this error and assure you it won't happen again.

On 2/5/24, I used Uber to travel to my vet at [redacted] N Stapley Dr in Mesa, AZ [redacted] after my dog's surgery. I then requested another Uber to take us back home for both trips costing less than $20 each. Despite inputting the vet's address multiple times for pick-up, it kept changing. After contacting the driver, the issue was resolved. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a $50 charge from Uber that day. Unlike usual charges, this one was an exact amount and I did not take a trip costing $50. I am requesting a refund for this charge on my credit card. Thank you for your help. Carol D.
