I recently used the app to request an Uber Black at Los Angeles airport. The car arrived promptly within 2 to 3 minutes. The driver took me home using a different route, which seemed to wander a bit. I paid $69 at first, but the receipt I received showed a total of $[redacted], including a time surcharge of approximately $67. I have been traveling to and from LAX for many years, and despite the driver's detour, the trip did not take longer than usual.

Last Wednesday evening, I booked an Uber ride. Prior to confirming, I verified the trip cost which displayed around $37, ensuring I had over $40 in my account before proceeding. To my disbelief, Uber charged me $75 post-trip, resulting in an unexpected debt. Furthermore, Uber falsely claimed the driver waited for me, when in fact, I waited for the driver and promptly boarded upon arrival. Since I am hearing impaired and unable to call, kindly communicate with me via email.

I lost my phone in the Uber driven by Thomas, and it is my only means of communication. Please contact Thomas and ask him to return the phone to Petra Emma Joy Gomez at Baylor Scott & White Hospital today at the Heart and Vascular Entrance and hand it to security, who can page my name. Thomas can identify my phone as the one I left at [redacted] Indian Trail in Harker Heights near the green bus stop with my daughter. The vehicle he was driving is light brown with damage on the right side passenger door. My black phone has a transparent red cover, it's a new Nord [redacted] from Metro PCS, possibly left on the back seat or floor. I am willing to compensate Thomas $40 on October 30, [redacted], for returning it as I need it for work. Please return the phone to Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple promptly; it's crucial for my job and communication. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I need reimbursement for Uber trips in San Francisco. I have lived in CT my whole life and have never been to San Francisco. I reached out to Urgent Help in the app detailing the dates and charges for trips I didn't take, suspecting my account was hacked. I urgently need this money refunded as it is crucial for my commute to work today. Uber is my daily transportation to and from work.

My Uber account got deactivated due to a glitch in the app wrongly accusing me of violating community guidelines. I perform Uber Eats on a bike, but when weather conditions don't allow it, my wife, also an Uber driver, drives me to complete my deliveries. I even referred someone, Jamir P., who now delivers Uber Eats on a bike, but I received no referral bonus. It's disheartening to be deactivated despite striving to excel in customer service and going the extra mile to ensure prompt and secure deliveries.

I recently had an Uber package delivery boy pick up a helmet from me, but during the delivery, he disconnected the service and turned off his mobile phone. I am currently unable to reach him, and Uber support is not being responsive to my messages. I made a booking for an Uber cab from T3 Airport Delhi to Dwarka, Delhi on October 17, [redacted]. The fare shown on the app was Rs [redacted]. However, at the end of the trip, the driver demanded Rs [redacted]. Upon checking the app later, it indicated that I only needed to pay Rs [redacted]. On October 23, [redacted], I was charged twice for an Uber trip due to a driver error that occurred on October 20, [redacted]. The driver mistakenly went to a different location than the one I had entered in the app. After waiting for over 30 minutes for the driver to arrive at the correct location, Uber dispatch had to intervene before the driver finally showed up for pick-up. I believe that I should not be responsible for the additional charge of $60.06 that resulted from the driver's mistake.

I had my first Uber ride on May 12, [redacted], using a promotional coupon from retailmenot.com (LOISS1) for a free first ride that was supposed to expire that day. It seems like there was an issue with applying the coupon correctly, as my payment didn't go through. The driver didn't charge me at the time, but later on, I discovered that my Uber account wasn't settled, preventing me from booking another ride. Despite updating my payment methods and reaching out to Uber's online support multiple times, the payment issue remains unsolved. Both on the app and desktop, I encountered different error messages when trying to pay. I just want to settle the $34.51 bill and be able to use Uber services again without any hassle.

I purchased an Uber Cash card on August 3 around 5 PM. I received an e-card via email, but the email containing the PIN to unlock the card was never sent. Despite checking my spam folder, I did not receive the necessary email. Attempts to contact Uber were unsuccessful, leading me to contact my credit card company. After 30 days, they confirmed the purchase but did not address the issue of the missing PIN. Seeking a resolution, I discovered this forum and hope to receive assistance in processing a refund. The Uber Cash card has vanished from my email, leaving me unable to access the PIN for usage. I made the purchase with my Apple Card ending in [redacted] issued by Goldman Sachs. Hello, I recently noticed a charge on my bank statement for an Uber service in Amsterdam on October 30th. However, I was not in Amsterdam at that time as I currently reside and work in France. It appears my credit card was used without my authorization. The amount in question is €38.85. I have disputed this charge and requested a refund to be processed back to my credit card. I took an Uber on Sunday morning, but the driver never arrived. I was overcharged by five dollars, and when another driver finally picked me up, they charged $15 for just a short distance. Uber recently charged me $[redacted] for a trip on September 22, but I only use Lyft, not Uber. I can't contact Uber because there is no phone number available, and the online support requires me to log in, which I can't do as they've blocked my account until I pay the disputed amount. I am Janet C., a Legal Assistant for Joseph E. Macy, who is not an Uber user. Several unauthorized charges appeared on his Business AX card for trips on 9/19/23. American Express is investigating but we require more information from Uber, such as pick-up/drop-off locations and times. Despite multiple calls and email attempts, contacting Uber has been challenging without an account. I have tried various phone numbers ending up with driver support. I am experiencing difficulties with the Uber App when trying to arrange transportation from an airport in Florida to a hospital. Unfortunately, the lack of customer support makes it challenging to resolve the issue. I require assistance in booking four separate Uber rides: from home in NJ to the airport in NJ, from the airport in Florida to the hospital, from the hospital back to the airport in Florida, and finally, from the airport in NJ back home. Although I have successfully booked two rides, I encounter problems with the remaining two rides once I input the airport address. The "Help" feature provided by Uber has not been helpful so far.
