I booked a shuttle from Ghata light, Gurugram to Dheeraj Nagar on the evening of September 9th, and [redacted] rs. was held from my account. However, I did not receive any booking details. When I got to the Ghata stop, I was unsure which bus was mine. Eventually, I had to take the metro because the Uber app would not let me book again. I was disappointed by this experience and frustrated that the Uber app often does not work properly or show the correct time.

I took an Uber-X ride and was expecting to pay around $10, but I was charged the higher Uber Black rate instead. I specifically requested Uber-X and should not have been charged the extra $18.48. I kindly request a refund for the overcharge.
There were also issues with the app during my ride. The driver was directed to the wrong pickup address, [redacted] QO Blvd, even though my correct location was listed as [redacted] QO Blvd. Additionally, when I called for the ride from my bedroom, the app incorrectly showed a pickup point inside my apartment complex, not on the main street where I was. This caused confusion and wasted time for both me and the driver.
These recent app glitches are concerning, as I have never experienced such inaccuracies in the past. I appreciate your prompt attention to refunding the overcharge.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my Uber Eats app linked to my card. I didn't place the last two orders, and there have been 27 payments since 25/08. I've reached out to Uber Eats customer service and my bank to investigate. The total amount is [redacted].60 euros in less than a month. I enjoy food, but this is excessive.

I had a voucher for 60 free rides monthly from July 1 to August 31, [redacted], courtesy of our local transportation district, RTD Access On Demand. This promotion covered rides with Uber, Lyft, and some taxis. Uber correctly applied the voucher to most of my rides, but I noticed two charges on my bank statement dated August 23, [redacted], for $9.99 and $29.32, not reflected in the app anymore. You kindly assisted me previously, and an app agent assured me of a refund which did not materialize. Attempting again, she now claims it's too late for a refund. I'm puzzled by this and urgently seek your help to reclaim my funds. As a person with disabilities, I rely on this support and cannot bear unnecessary expenses.

I had an excellent ride with Edna from Lansing MI airport to the Hyatt on Michigan Ave. I already gave her a tip through the app but forgot to rate her before submitting it. Please ensure this feedback is added to her profile. I would rate her 5 stars. Edna was a fantastic driver, very safe, polite, and professional. She arrived punctually, knew the location, and I especially appreciated having a female driver. My apologies for the oversight in not completing the rating along with the tip.

On September 17, [redacted], the fare for my trip from 13 Kilmer Rd, Hingham, MA to South Station, MA was initially $43. My expected arrival time was 1:40, and I held a bus ticket for 2:15. However, due to the driver getting lost, I wasn't dropped off at South Station until 2:07. The driver even asked for directions while we were going the wrong way in the tunnel. To catch my bus, I had to rush up and down stairs and hallways, reaching the bus at 2:11. The final charge amounted to $65. Considering the inconvenience and almost missing my bus because of the driver's mistakes, I believe I should only be charged the original $43 that was initially presented before the trip.

The new app experience has been frustrating. I attempted numerous times to update my credit card information, encountering difficulties in saving the changes. Despite eventually managing to update it, I faced an issue when trying to book a ride. Despite being ready for pickup, the driver canceled, and I realized my old credit card details persisted. After multiple attempts, I was able to address the issue through a chat, which unexpectedly led me to JustAnswer. This caused further stress due to past billing problems with them. The situation resulted in missing a crucial doctor's appointment for my persistent eyelid condition, causing significant distress. I hope to avoid such complications in the future and kindly request confirmation that my new credit card information is securely saved. My previous encounters with the Uber app were challenging, and the recent update only seemed to exacerbate the issues. Our daughter set up an Uber account linked to our card for payment. However, the pre-authorization fees listed as Uber Help have not been dropping as they should. Despite her paying for the rides, these charges still appear on our bank statements. It seems that the fees are not reflecting accurately in her Uber account, causing us to be double-charged. We have been trying to get support from Uber to investigate this issue, but they keep asking for screenshots of the unknown charges, which do not show up on her account. I have inquired about using bank statement screenshots with personal information redacted, but have not received a clear response from Uber. My brother was a driver on the Uber app, but recently, he fell victim to a fake caller impersonating an Uber employee. This person requested his driver's license and registration details, which my brother shared. Subsequently, another account was added to his driver profile, resulting in the suspension of his original account.
Though Uber has deactivated his account, driving is his livelihood. We are reaching out to seek guidance on how he can resume driving with Uber by opening a new account.

I used Uber twice expecting a 20% discount, but I didn't receive it either time. Additionally, the English in the app seemed unreliable. The final bill was higher than expected at the end of both rides, even though there were no issues and the streets were well-lit. I don't plan on using Uber again because the experience was disappointing. The inconsistency between the displayed amount when ordering and the actual payment amount is frustrating. Uber used to show the correct fare upfront, so I hope they can improve this aspect of their service. These discrepancies have left me feeling upset and dissatisfied.

I have noticed an unexplained charge on my credit card for "Uber Pass" totaling $9.99. This charge initially appeared on my credit card statement on 05/18/[redacted] and has continued to be charged on the 18th of each subsequent month. I do not recall ever subscribing to this service. Additionally, my transaction history indicates that I have not used Uber or Uber Eats since February 18, [redacted].
Given that I seldom use Uber and have not utilized the service since being billed for this subscription, I am eager to terminate the membership and request a refund for the five months in which I was charged.

On October 3, [redacted], I bought a shuttle package for ₹[redacted] using the account linked to phone number [redacted]. On Sunday, I paid for a trip, which was successfully completed after payment was made, as it's a requirement for the ride. Two days later, I checked my bank account and realized I was $96 short, resulting in an overdraft of $46. I've been asked to pay an additional $15, even though I've already paid it. Surprisingly, the funds were taken from a different card that wasn't used for that particular ride. There seems to be an unnecessary $15 hold which will be released upon payment of $15.02, which I've already cleared. Even if there was an outstanding amount, it shouldn't have resulted in a negative balance, as the payment was made. This is all very confusing.

I was charged two booking fees for a single ride: $10.00 and then $12.00. I took a ride to DRV Pink Stadium last night for $48.63, but the return trip on the same route shows the same two booking fees. Why is this? The return trip cost $[redacted].61, which seems excessively high, nearly double the original fare. If this is the final charge on my credit card, I will have to avoid using Uber in the future. The Tesla car I was in asked me to sit in the back, which was challenging for me as a 75-year-old handicapped individual. I even struggled to exit the vehicle and got stuck on my first attempt, causing a scary situation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
