Today, I booked an Uber cab and according to Google Maps, it was supposed to be 18 minutes away. We waited for more than 18 minutes, but the Uber never arrived. I called the driver twice, and the first time he mentioned there was traffic, but there was none when I checked. The driver's location on the map showed he was stationary. When I tried calling again, he didn't answer or ask to cancel. We waited a long time, but he never showed up, so I had to cancel the trip. I hope appropriate action is taken against such unreliable drivers.

Unfortunately, due to a previous charge of Theft in the Third Degree and an ongoing 18-month probation for underpaying an item in a store, I did not pass the background check for your company. I am unsure if it's the theft charge or the probation period that caused this issue. I would like to know what level of crime your company does not accept so I can work on resolving this. I booked a ride for my friend, and the quoted price was $7.77. My friend got into the Uber, and then I received a message stating the ride was shorter than expected, and I was charged $0.98. However, now there is a charge on my account for $11.96. I am frustrated because not only was I charged more than the initial quote, but also told the ride was shorter and charged $0.98 for that. I need clarification on why I was overcharged and where my money went.

I noticed an additional charge of 30 rupees on my trip receipt listed as a booking fee. I use Uber for daily auto and cab bookings and have previously been charged an extra 23 rupees as well. This is confusing and seems unreasonable. It is frustrating that a company as big as Uber does not have a proper customer service team available for direct calls. Not all issues can be resolved through the help guide. I would like to have the unnecessary booking fee and additional charges removed. The discrepancy between the initial booking amount and the final charge needs to be addressed promptly. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

On August 18th, I tried to book a vehicle service at around 2:37 am. Unfortunately, the response time was too long, so I canceled. Strangely, $52.29 was deducted from my account. Shortly after, at 2:43 am, I tried again and faced the same issues. This time, $52.70 was taken from my account upon cancellation. I would appreciate guidance on how to reclaim the deducted funds.

I ordered a ride from Qasr Dahab on the first Maraghy Street. The app informed me that a driver named Kareem with a car number starting with SN and ending in [redacted] would arrive in 6 minutes. I called him but couldn't locate him. The app then showed he was in As-Sayouf. When I told him my location, he said he had another passenger to drop off first. When I asked how he accepted my request with another passenger, he rudely replied, "Are you going to buy me? Did I rob you?" I told him I would report him, to which he arrogantly responded that he didn't care and would do as he pleased. I wanted to share my recent experience with an Uber ride I took with a driver named Rayford on Friday night into Saturday morning on August 18th-19th. During the ride, there was a fast turn and unfortunately, I believe my phone and wallet fell out of my purse in the car. We reported the issue to Uber, but we faced difficulties as each person we spoke to denied being the driver at that time. After tracking the phone and seeing it move around, we suspected it was still in the vehicle. In response, we deactivated the phone and blocked all credit cards. To our concern, on August 21st at 6:19 am, there was an attempt to use the credit cards in the wallet in the same city where the car had been parked for a day. Despite the blocks on the cards, we feel the driver and Uber should take responsibility for not addressing the problem adequately. We are planning to file a police report and ask for Uber's cooperation with the ALEXANDRIA, VA police department in the investigation.

I have identified unauthorized Uber charges on my card from August 21st to the 22nd. I have raised a dispute with my bank as I do not have an Uber account linked to this card. It is evident that someone has unauthorized access to my card details. The bank will cancel the card, but I am uncertain about the return of my funds. I am concerned that my card is being used by someone else for Uber trips. I believe it is essential to investigate the trip details and the user linked to these transactions. I still have possession of the card, and it is alarming that my card is connected to a different person's Uber account. This situation is troubling, and it is vital to address these fraudulent activities by reporting the individuals involved.

A few months ago, I attended a medical conference in Delhi, India. During that time, I had booked a car using the Uber app; however, I had to cancel the ride due to a conflicting commitment. The next day, I returned to Bangladesh without using any Uber services in India. I would like to report a driver who used inappropriate language and was consistently late. I have a screenshot of the car, but I cannot locate the trip in my history to report the driver. I have already submitted a complaint but have not received any response. I want to take further action as I have never experienced such disrespect. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran who has been cyber stalked for four years. The stalker attempted to use my credit card through my phone on 8/17/[redacted] and 8/18/[redacted]. I filed a police report with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department (case number S[redacted]26) but haven't been able to get much help due to difficulties contacting Uber. The stalker unsuccessfully tried to use the credit card four times in one day and twice the next. I have the rejected charge notifications in my text messages and believe there might be an address linked to the credit card rejection if they tried to get a ride using an app like Uber. I am frustrated with the lack of attention this case is receiving, as I feel that if I were female, it would be taken more seriously. I am hoping to identify where the attempted rides were requested from so I can provide this information to the Sheriff's Department for further investigation.

I am having an ongoing problem with the Uber app that is stopping me from requesting rides. Each time I try, I get a message telling me to go to help.uber.com because my request couldn't go through. Hello, this is Zachary Boudreau. My account was charged unexpectedly. At 5 o'clock, a $11.70 charge appeared for a purchase made by Wife❤️🥰🥰. The charge was for my child's prescriptions. I need that money back. If it is not returned, I will take legal action.

I arranged for a taxi from T3 IGI Airport to Dwarka with an estimated fare of approximately Rs. [redacted]. However, upon reaching the destination, my app malfunctioned. The driver then concluded the ride with a billing amount of Rs. [redacted].80 displayed on his phone. Despite my attempts to rectify the issue, the app was unresponsive, and the ride did not register as completed. Consequently, I made payment to the driver via Paytm based on the amount he presented. After restarting my device, I discovered that the ride fare was actually Rs. [redacted], with the map indicating a minimal distance of 0.22 km and a ride duration of 5 minutes. Upon contacting the driver, he shared a snapshot of the payment details. I engaged with Uber through the app, and they issued a refund of Rs. [redacted], which aligns with the charges on my app. There were several concerning issues: 1. The driver was distracted by phone calls while driving, prompting my intervention. 2. The trip was officially ended only after I had made payment. 3. It appears that there may have been overcharging manipulation. 4. I require a receipt for the payment made.

I had a disappointing experience with a ride from a Brielle blue Kia. The car had a strong gasoline smell in the air conditioning, so we had to drive with the windows down. When the driver rolled up the windows during a call, I started feeling unwell. After expressing my discomfort, she responded rudely and threatened to kick me out. Eventually, she left me stranded on the interstate. The condition of her car was poor, and her behavior was unacceptable. I request a refund of $5.00.

During my recent Uber trip in Cancun, unfortunately, I left my Google Pixel 7 Pro in the car. Despite trying to reach out to the driver with no success, another Uber driver named Karina Elizabeth from the Uber central office in Cancun informed me they found my phone in the car. This information was all I received. Despite my attempts to contact Karina Elizabeth regarding my lost phone, I have not received a response. I urgently need to connect with her to arrange the return of my mobile phone. The incident occurred on September 2nd, [redacted], at 12:04 AM. Yesterday, there was an issue with the app while I was in the car with the driver. He requested me to cancel as the app indicated that I was not in the vehicle. I was charged 9€ for canceling and subsequently paid 25€ for the full ride. I am requesting a refund for the cancellation fee. Today, I encountered a similar problem when the driver was not at the specified address. Despite communicating with him to locate him, I had to cancel again and was charged another fee. I have been unjustly charged for two cancellations that were not due to my errors.

I received a voucher from RTD Access On-Demand in Denver for free Uber rides between July 1, [redacted], and August 31, [redacted], through a promotion. They usually applied it to all rides automatically, but on Aug. 22, [redacted], there was an issue, and I was charged $25.32, plus additional fees. When I contacted Uber, they mentioned toggling off a $25 discount, which I couldn't find, and they didn't apply it either. They charged $29.32 to my Mastercard, with $9.99 as Uber Cash. I now need to dispute the charge and get a new card. It's a hassle and not a free ride as intended. How can my bank contact Uber to resolve this, and I would appreciate a full refund from Uber. Their app doesn't allow me to request a refund for the ride I took. Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Uber debited my bank account for $43.92 for a ride I never received. Despite having three witnesses, including the restaurant manager, who can attest to this, I demand that the charge be dropped immediately and the amount returned to my account. I will not tolerate any delays from your corporate team; credit my account without further delay. Remember, I am not hesitant to take legal action if the refund is not issued promptly. - J.
