Last Thursday evening, we requested an Uber pick-up at Coconuts Drop off in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Unfortunately, the car never arrived, so we had to re-request the ride. After walking to a new location, we were finally picked up by a driver. Surprisingly, we were charged for not meeting the driver at the original point, even though we were waiting there. I am unsure if the driver went to a different spot by mistake. I believe the charge is unfair since we were at the designated drop-off area. Can you please look into refunding this charge? My daughter, living in another city, relies on Uber for daily commutes as she does not drive. Unfortunately, yesterday, she encountered repeated errors while trying to request a ride. The message "Oops! Something went wrong. We are unable to complete your request" appeared around 7 or 8 times in an hour. Contacting customer service was unsuccessful, as the communication seemed to break down with no resolution. Today, I received messages claiming the issue was fixed, but the problem persists.

I am looking to reach Human Resources or someone higher than customer service at Uber regarding an ongoing issue with my account. I have been attempting to resolve this matter for over three weeks, but have been met with rude and unhelpful customer service representatives who repeatedly put me on hold for extended periods or abruptly disconnect the call. Despite trying to remain patient, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Even when my partner attempted to assist, they encountered the same dismissive behavior. This has been going on for nearly four weeks now.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I regret to inform you that the service provided in our city has been subpar. Despite Uber being a global service, I recently encountered an issue. Today, I booked a cab with the vehicle number RJ14 TE [redacted] and the driver's name displayed as Rakesh. Upon the driver's arrival at the location, he refused to proceed with the ride and unjustly canceled it in my presence. He falsely claimed that I was the one who canceled the ride and insisted on leaving me stranded. When I declined, he promptly canceled the ride and left. Moreover, Uber drivers often do not switch on the air conditioning, and if passengers request it, they demand an additional fee on top of the standard fare.

On July 6, I had a frustrating Uber experience. I mistakenly ordered a ride to the Washington State Pain Field airport for both 9:30 AM and 9:30 PM. After canceling the evening ride, I was still charged for both. In my attempts to resolve the billing problems, I incurred additional charges on 7/14 and 7/15. I am now almost $[redacted] into a single 12-mile trip to the airport. Dealing with Uber has been challenging, and I am considering switching to Lyft. I noticed two unauthorized charges totaling 28.40 on my credit card statement dated July 12-13 under the name James Locken. I am requesting a refund for the 28.40 transaction which successfully went through. The other attempt was unsuccessful due to insufficient credit. Capital One's fraud department advised me to reach out to Uber Eats for a refund initially. If unsuccessful, I am to follow up with them in 15 days. My bank account was compromised, resulting in unauthorized charges from your company, which I don't use because my phone number isn't recognized. Despite ordering a new card, these charges reoccurred, now higher in amount. My bank is investigating. I would like to talk to a representative to identify who made these charges on 2 or 3 different cards linked to my account and block access to that account. To whom it may concern, I am writing to address the issues I experienced with an Uber ride I scheduled on July 14, [redacted]. When booking the ride from [redacted] 3rd Street in Downtown LA to [redacted] N Mission Rd, I encountered a problem with the payment options presented by the system. Despite not having sufficient funds in my account, I was forced to choose between paying $5.27 or $27.00 to proceed with the booking process. Upon the driver's arrival in a red Prius with the license plate ending in [redacted] at Hill Street, despite providing the correct pickup location at [redacted] 3rd St., the driver refused to provide the ride because he was expecting a different customer named Reley due to what appeared to be double bookings. Good afternoon, My 78-year-old mother recently returned from Spain and discovered unauthorized charges totaling [redacted].00 EUROS from Uber and Uber Eats in her bank account. She does not have an Uber account. Her brother in Spain filed a police report, as the charges were debited from her Spanish bank account. The bank requested the police report for a possible refund. I wish to address the service experience I had at Terminal 2 of Kempegowda International Airport. I had a booking for an Uber Go service. Unfortunately, the valet at the Uber booth in the Uber Zone showed great irresponsibility. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, I was unable to secure a ride. Numerous other passengers who arrived after me managed to board vehicles arbitrarily. Despite being instructed to stand in a specific area by the valet, no cars were allocated to me. Other passengers were quickly taken by vehicles even before reaching me, and the valets paid minimal attention to it. I also observed that the valet dismissed my concerns and disputed that anyone had cut the line, while I witnessed four Uber Go cars passing me to pick up customers who arrived later. I strongly criticize this lack of service from Uber. Additionally, Uber regularly imposes waiting charges on customers based on minutes to hours. Why does this happen? If sedan vehicles are the primary source of income, then only permit sedan vehicles at the airport rather than causing customers to wait unnecessarily for Uber Go services.

I have tried calling him multiple times, but he has stopped answering his phone. I have not received any help from Uber or any call backs. Good morning... Someone stole my credit card information, associated it, and used it for their benefit. There are two trips made on July 27th in Santiago, Chile. My personal account is linked to my debit card, but as I mentioned earlier, my credit card details were used without authorization, where only the 16 digits need to be known. Can Uber track or identify who made this payment?

Yesterday, on August 3, [redacted], I arranged my Uber ride at 8:28 a.m. with a 6-minute pickup ETA. Unfortunately, the driver, after driving up my street, called me at 8:39 a.m., 11 minutes later, to mention he needed to refuel before picking me up. This caused me to be late for work, arriving at 9:10 a.m. instead of the 8:48-8:52 a.m. window. The driver took a longer route, disregarding the correct exit and adding unnecessary time to the trip. Despite my attempt to guide him, he insisted on following the GPS. His lack of communication and odd route selection left me dissatisfied. The cost of $16.90 for a ride that took nearly an hour from selection to drop-off is excessive and unjustified. I have previously been a satisfied Uber user but this experience has left me reconsidering. Yesterday, I requested an Uber ride and opted to pay for priority to get a quicker pickup. Initially, the time to pick up was stated as 9 minutes. However, when I checked the driver's progress after 4 minutes, the estimate had increased to 14 minutes, doubling the original quote. I decided not to wait and cancelled the trip, opting to drive myself. I was charged a $5.95 cancellation fee. I believe that Uber did not meet its end of the deal, and the fee should be refunded.

I waited for the partner driver for over an hour and a half. I requested the ride at ten past ten, but it was already midnight, and he was still wandering the streets prolonging the wait. He told me I entered the location wrong, but I didn't input anything. I only enabled the location feature on my phone. I even had a police officer accurately describe the place to him, but he took too long and my elderly mother was with me. I waited for more than an hour and a half, and he told me to cancel the ride, but I refused to cancel after waiting all that time.
