At Melbourne Airport, a driver canceled my ride in front of me, costing $48 for a not short distance, but it didn't show on my app. Subsequently, another driver did the same, in a situation where I opted for a taxi. While the second driver's cancellation appeared on my app, the first driver's action did not. I wish for the first driver, who drove a Red Camry with the plate number 1WB2LI around [redacted] at Melbourne Airport, Australia, to be marked as canceling on me. It's crucial to have all cancellations by drivers properly recorded for accountability.

I require transportation six days per week at 6:50 a.m. I travel from [redacted] White Horse Pike in Oaklyn, NJ to [redacted] Cooper Street in Westmont, NJ, a distance of approximately 2 miles. I am confused about being charged $39.95 for this trip since I took an Uber from Westmont, NJ to Pennsauken, NJ, which is much farther, for only $20. Could you please provide a breakdown of your rates for daily service at 6:50 a.m. from [redacted] White Horse Pike, Oaklyn to [redacted] Cooper in Westmont, NJ? Thank you.

When I've logged in and everything appears to be functioning correctly, I encounter an error when trying to make a purchase on a restaurant page or booking an Uber ride. The message states, "We've detected a problem. There was an error processing your request. If this continues, please visit help.uber.com." Initially, I noticed this problem on UberEats, but now it's happening with Uber rides as well. I am confident the issue is not with the restaurant as I have ordered from them numerous times without any trouble via UberEats. Interestingly, when the error occurs, I switch to Seamless and can complete the order with the exact items and payment method. I have attempted various payment methods, all of which work fine on Seamless. This issue has persisted for about 2 weeks. To troubleshoot, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, ensured it's up to date, and am using an iPhone 14, so the problem doesn't seem to be on my end technically.

Someone used my email to sign up for Uber mistakenly. I live in a small rural town and do not require Uber's services. Please remove my email from the account and ban it to prevent further communications. Thank you for your assistance.

Recently, the Uber app on my iPhone has been experiencing issues. When I open the app, it no longer automatically shows my pickup location, even if it's my home address. Instead, I have to manually input it on the world map. Similarly, for the destination, I need to type it in and look through a national menu of options based on the initial letters. These problems occur randomly, especially during my first trip of the day, but occasionally on subsequent trips. The frequency of these issues is increasing. Today, while on a trip with the correct route displayed, the app suddenly changed directions away from my intended destination. The GPS on the driver's map also updated incorrectly. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues.

I've been experiencing an issue with the Uber app on my iPhone. Lately, it no longer shows my pickup location or destination automatically, requiring me to manually input the information each time. This seems to occur randomly, especially during the first trip of the day. Recently, while on a trip, the app suddenly changed the route and directions, affecting the driver's map as well. Dear Support Team, I scheduled an Uber Moto ride with a driver named Ritu Raj. Unfortunately, he did not arrive, and when I tried calling him three times, he disconnected twice and did not answer the third time. After 20 minutes, he called back to ask about my trip while I was en route to the railway station. I was surprised to see a cancellation fee of Rs. 10 and some paise, which I believe is unjustified as I did not cancel the trip. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue further. Today, on 6/28/[redacted], when the Uber arrived, I accidentally left my cell phone in the back seat of the red Odyssey driven by a Jamaican man. I have been transferred multiple times today on the phone and need assistance to regain access to my account. It has been over a year since I last accessed it due to fraudulent activity. On January 27, [redacted], my account was hacked, and the perpetrator changed the phone number and email associated with it for the verification code. I am extremely frustrated as I urgently need to access my account, but have not received any help so far. Several years ago, I registered with Uber to deliver with Uber Eats, but my background check revealed an issue due to my expired license at the time. Now, years later, I am attempting to have my background check rerun since my license is now valid. However, I encountered a hurdle as I unintentionally created a duplicate Uber account in the meantime. Despite providing the required information such as the last 4 digits of my driver's license, my primary phone number, and email address, or even setting up a new email address as advised, the issue persists with more duplicate accounts being created. Support keeps instructing me to sign out and back in with the latest details I provided to resolve the matter, yet upon logging in again, I am met with the same duplicate account hold message. This frustrating cycle has repeated around 10 times over several weeks, leaving me stuck and unable to proceed, as assistance is contingent on accessing my primary account, which I am logged into. Assistance is greatly appreciated in resolving this persisting duplicate account issue.

I recently booked an Uber Ertiga with the driver named Brahm at 1:46 PM from Gurjinder Vihar, Greater Noida. My mobile number is [redacted]. Along the way, Brahm asked me to cancel the ride due to connectivity issues and select 'other' as the reason. I ended up paying Rs [redacted]/- via Paytm to the driver Laukesh Vaisnav. It appears there was a discrepancy as the driver's name displayed on the app was different from who I interacted with. This may indicate an issue with driver accountability. I would like to offer a suggestion to Uber regarding the setup at Milwaukee Airport. While working there for the past year and a half, I've noticed a confusion regarding the Uber sign and designated pick-up area within the baggage claim section. Currently, there is only one sign, leading to about 80% of passengers heading in the wrong direction upon arrival. To address this issue, I propose that Uber installs more arrow signs within the baggage claim area. Hello, on July 1, [redacted], my sister booked an Uber for my husband to transport our belongings to a storage unit. The initial driver claimed we refused the ride, which was untrue as no car fitting the description passed by. My husband went to find an alternative for moving our stuff, and then my sister notified me of a new driver, Benjamin, arriving shortly. Upon entering the vehicle, I recognized him and mentioned the misunderstanding with the previous driver. However, he made inappropriate advances, causing me to request to be taken back. Subsequently, he unjustly charged me $[redacted], alleging damages to his vehicle. I will be taking legal action against this driver and expect a prompt refund and his removal from your platform. I recently ordered Ras Malai from Lazeeza in Bury, Manchester. Upon delivery, the containers were cracked, causing the milk to spill out. Despite reporting the issue with photo evidence, I was still charged. I have disposed of the containers due to lack of space and would appreciate a refund as I was charged for items I did not receive in good condition.

I am requesting a full refund for a trip that was not completed. My name is George Ankrah. I was traveling from Newark Airport to [redacted] Nattul Dr, Bear DE. The driver, Najee, was speeding and had a flat tire on 95, nearly 10 minutes to Philadelphia. I had to pay a tow truck driver to transport me and my luggage to Philadelphia, where I took another Uber to Bear DE. Due to the frustration and hassle, I am requesting a full refund. I paid $40 to the tow truck driver and then $87 to get to Bear DE. This situation was unacceptable.
