If the steps below don't work for you, try contacting your bank or other financial institution to see if the people there know what they problem is.If you try to add a new payment method to use to clear your outstanding balance, you might be able to make the process faster by scanning in your card instead of entering the information in by hand. You will be given the option when you add the new method. All you will need to do is use your device's camera and adjust the view until all four corners of your screen flash green, then take a picture.
