Uber Eats gift cards are a great way to give the gift of food delivery, but the recipient may have questions about how to check their Uber Eats gift card balance. The good news is that there are different ways to do this. Here are the steps to check the balance on your Uber Eats gift card.
Open the Uber Eats app on your phone. Log in with your Uber Eats account details (you can sign up for a new account if you don't have one).
Next, tap the Payment option in the top-right corner of the screen. Once you've done that, tap on Gift Cards in the left-hand column of the options.
Choose the Gifts option in the left-hand column of options. This option will appear after you sign in to your account and is under Payment. You'll see a list of all the gift cards associated with your Uber Eats account.
On your phone or tablet, go to the Uber Eats app and tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of your screen. Then, tap on Redeem Code and enter your gift card code when you receive the prompt. It will take you to a page. Tap the Continue button at the bottom of the screen to proceed to a screen where you can see your remaining balance.
Confirm that your balance is correct by tapping Yes when prompted and then pressing Done at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Your Uber Eats gift card balance should now appear in the Uber app.
If none of the above options work, you can contact Uber Eats directly. The company has set up a special email address for this purpose. It also has a phone number that customers can call if they need assistance or have general questions about their gift card balance.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
