How Do I Request a Refund to a Gift Card from Uber Eats?
Log in to your Uber Eats account to request a refund. Click My Account in the top right corner and select Gift Card Balance. This will take you to a page that lists your previous orders. Click on the order number you would like to request a refund and then click Request Refund. You'll receive confirmation that Uber Eats has processed your refund request.

3. Select Your Gift Card
Choose the gift card you want to request a refund. You'll need to enter your gift card number, email address and phone number.
4. Select the Reason for Your Refund Request
Select the card you used to pay for your order. Choose the reason you are requesting a refund. You can choose between Order Not Delivered or Order Not as Described if you are eligible for a refund due to those reasons. If your order was delivered but not as described, you will need to submit a photo of the food items in their original packaging with your request for a refund.
5. Review Your Request and Submit It
Once you double-check all the details, select Submit to continue with the refund process. Once you submit your request, you'll receive an email confirming that Uber Eats has received your refund request. As per its policy, Uber Eats will review all refund requests. If Uber Eats approves your request for a refund, it will process it for approval.
6. Wait for Uber Eats to Review Your Request
Wait for Uber Eats to review your request and send a response via email.
7. You'll Receive an Email With Instructions
If it approves your request, it will refund to your gift card. The time it takes for Uber Eats to process your request depends on the type of gift card you used to make the purchase.
