Several factors can affect ride requests, including the time of day, local events, and competition from other drivers. Being in a busy area doesn’t always guarantee ride requests, as demand can fluctuate. It's important to remain patient, consider repositioning to a different location, or adjusting your hours for peak demand times.

To retrieve your lost phone, please visit the Lost & Found section in your Lyft app or website. You can report the lost item and provide details such as the driver's name, the ride details, and any other relevant information. Lyft's team will assist in connecting you with your driver so you can arrange to get your phone back.

To remove PayPal as your payment method, open the Lyft app and go to your account settings. From there, select "Payment" and find your PayPal account listed. Tap on it and choose the option to remove or delete it. Once confirmed, PayPal will no longer be linked to your Lyft account.

This could be due to a few reasons, such as rides being requested in your name or potential issues with your account. We recommend reviewing your ride history in the app to check for any unauthorized trips. If you notice any discrepancies, please follow the procedures outlined for addressing billing issues.

To rectify a fraudulent lost and found charge, you should report the issue directly through the Lyft app or on the website.
