All Lyft charges are non-refundable and the no refund policy shall apply even if the rider decides not to use Lyft. However, if Lyft can't match you with a driver and you see a charge, the amount may appear as a refund within 5-7 business days. Lyft never charges you with a pending transaction as the temporary authorization to charge you with the amount disappears when your ride is canceled. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How do I request a refund from Lyft? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible.
