If you've lost your phone and cannot receive a verification code, you can try using backup options set up for your account. This may include security questions, backup codes, or an alternative email address. Check if you have linked recovery information that might allow access. If these options aren't available, we recommend following the recovery process provided by Google during the sign-in attempts.

To prevent Google Maps from deleting your location history, you can adjust your location settings. Go to your Google Account's "Data & personalization" section, and find "Location History." Ensure it's turned on and check your settings for automatic deletion, which can be set to a specific time frame. Modify these settings based on your preferences.

To permanently delete your Gmail address, go to your Google Account settings. Under "Data & personalization," find the option to delete a service or your account. You can follow the prompts to permanently delete the Gmail service. If your account has been hacked and you don't want to recover it, ensure that you delete the account entirely, as this will also remove your Gmail address. Make sure to follow all steps carefully to avoid any issues.

You can create a second Google email address by visiting the Google account creation page. You typically need to provide some recovery options, which may include a phone number. Since you have a landline, you might be able to use a temporary phone number service to receive verification codes. However, Google sometimes allows the use of recovery emails as an alternative. If your landline carrier provides voicemail, check if you can receive verification calls or messages through it.
