When logging in through google.com, it directs me to the wrong account. I've attempted to delete the false account, but it persists. Any suggestions on having a skilled hacker rectify this amusing situation would be appreciated. My text and phone services remain functional, and I can still receive emails on the original account, although they show up on the wrong account. We have been receiving frequent calls from Google and Google Maps requesting to speak with the company owner. Unfortunately, the owner is rarely in the office during regular business hours but is available early in the morning or late at night. When we offer to assist and provide the necessary information, your staff promptly ends the call without allowing us to speak. If your representatives cannot take the time to listen to our inquiries or engage with our team, we are not inclined to collaborate with Google, regardless of the department. Our company has been approached by Google to advertise and improve our search engine ranking, but we have our own IT providers managing these aspects and are not interested in advertising with Google. The discourteous behavior of your staff is concerning, and if this is how business is conducted, we are not interested in further interactions with your organization.

I attempted to access my old email account today but couldn't remember the password. After going through the "forgot password" process by correctly answering the security question and providing the correct recovery email address, I received a verification code in my present email account. Upon entering the code, instead of accessing my old account, I was informed that it was suspended due to unusual access attempts. Despite following all Google's password recovery steps accurately, I now have to wait for an account specialist to resolve the issue in 3 to 5 days. My Gmail account has been hacked, and it's causing me a lot of trouble. Since [redacted], this email has been essential as all my accounts are linked to it. Following the verification steps via my mobile phone and secondary email, each time I enter the code, it's not accepted. When I tried signing in using my phone number, it prompted for the account name, which was also rejected. Since my ex-wife and I are going through a divorce, I suspect she's behind this. In recent months, I've observed changes in Google Earth that concern me. I am aware that updates may not always reflect real-time data, but when we purchased our home, I used Google Earth to view it and noticed a sidewalk the previous owners installed a few years prior. This sidewalk provided me with a rough estimate of the property's age, roughly 6 to 10 years. However, within the past few months, the entire map has shifted, showing outdated information. The missing sidewalk and other changes now suggest that the current imagery is over a decade old. It is puzzling why Google would revert to older satellite images when newer ones are accessible. This issue is not exclusive to my property, as I have noticed similar discrepancies elsewhere. I am eager to understand the rationale behind this unless there are security concerns preventing disclosure, although I find that unlikely.

I recently bought a $20.00AU Google Card, but when I tried to scratch off the waxy covering to reveal the code, it seemed like the card had been damaged by heat. The numbers ended up being unreadable or missing as they were stuck on the gum or the card itself. I attempted to remove the gum but the code is still illegible. I went back to the store, but they declined to replace the card. Now I'm at a loss of $20.00AU. I'm not sure what options are available to me or what my rights are for returning the card. Is it possible for a new code to be issued or for a refund of $20.00AU? The situation has left me with a Google Card that no one, neither Google Play nor the retail store, seems willing to assist with. I had no issues with the old Chrome Remote Desktop app, but since it's been disabled, the web version isn't functioning properly. I attempted remote support on multiple computers. I can generate a code and connect to the other computer successfully. However, upon opening the device manager within the remote device, I lose all control. The connection remains, but the functionality ceases.
Update: I can still access and control computers where I had the old Remote Desktop set up using Remote Access. Unfortunately, when I try to use Remote Support with a code, I experience loss of control after opening the initial window (device manager) on the remote system.

My device screen was previously broken, making it hard to use. Due to this, I had to switch to another device and create a new account. Before closing the old account, I changed the password and removed it from the broken device. Unfortunately, I forgot about changing my password, and when I tried to access my account from a different location, I realized someone from Ohio had hacked it. After recovering the account on July 31st, I tried to add my Gmail account but got a security hold notification. An update is expected in 3-5 days at my recovery email.

I discovered four unauthorized charges on my debit card ending in [redacted] over the past two months. The charges, dated 6-10-19 and 7-10-19, were both for $5.43 each, and they originated from Panda Pandora in Mountain View, California. I did not give Pandora permission to withdraw money from my account. Due to these charges, I had my card cancelled. However, this month I noticed two more charges from Phantom Loc, which seems to be a Google account. One charge for $10.88 on 8/3/19 and another for $5.43 on 8/2/19. These transactions were not authorized by me, and it raises concerns that they are written differently on my statement to avoid detection. I am on a fixed income and am adamant about getting my money back. It is frustrating to see these underhanded actions from companies taking advantage of people, especially when I am careful with my spending habits.
