Hello, I purchased a Pixel 3a XL mobile phone from Amazon and I need certain technical information to process an "Internment Permit" in my country. Otherwise, the package cannot leave customs. Amazon suggests I contact Google's customer service directly to request this information.

I have had my email account for over a decade, but today I encountered a problem where I couldn't access it. Someone from Instagram asked for my address, and as soon as I refused, I began experiencing difficulties. Now, Google is indicating that my email address is not recognized. It's as if it has vanished. The email in question is [redacted] Despite attempting to reset the password, I was informed that the account doesn't exist. This was the first email address I created when I got my computer, so I am certain it's been at least 10 years old. I am Josephine Nassif from Lebanon. I am unable to access my Gmail account ([redacted]) as I have forgotten the password. I had set up a virtual email for authentication, making recovery impossible after forgetting the password about a year ago. My name is Ndue Hoti, a 61-year-old from Lezha, Albania, born on January 17, [redacted]. On April 13, [redacted], while checking my Facebook accounts, I encountered an issue with my two accounts. The first one, under my real name Ndue Hoti and my email [redacted], and the second one as ndoi Hoti with the email [redacted] I received a notification on the ndoi Hoti account prompting me to change the password. In my attempt to do so, I accidentally pressed some keys on the mobile keyboard without realizing and my Facebook disappeared.
Since then, I have been concerned as I have forgotten the password for [redacted] I have created an alternative email [redacted] but still cannot recover my ndoi Hoti Facebook account. I suspect unauthorized access may have occurred. I hold democratic views and worry about ongoing global conflicts and delays in reforms in my country.

I've been attempting to access my Gmail account, set2992, for a week now without success. Despite following the prompts, I keep receiving a message saying there have been too many login attempts and to try again later, even after waiting a day. Google does not recognize my recovery phone number option. When given the choice between email and phone number for recovery, I'm unable to use the partially listed phone number. The recovery email code states that Google will respond after a certain period, which is the same wait time as before. During the account recovery process, I had to type different words multiple times due to repeated letters. My cell phone's login issue with Gmail seems to be because it was hacked from Jacksonville, FL, according to Facebook, which I have never visited as I reside in Montgomery, AL. I am also concerned about the high phone usage related to this problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is my fourth attempt to reach out for assistance. Unfortunately, my account [redacted] was recently accessed by someone without my permission. I changed the password for security purposes and was in the process of modifying security settings when I got locked out.

Recently, I attempted to transfer my brand account YouTube channel to my primary Google account to delete an old channel I no longer use. Unfortunately, I cannot change the name of my main Google account, as I have already done so three times in the last three months. Due to this, I wanted to revert to a separate brand account, but I failed to create a new one before transferring the YouTube channel, which no longer exists.
The brand account in question is "Adventures of Basil Best Boy." While the YouTube channel is accessible and searchable on YouTube, I am unable to sign in, encountering an error whenever I try to access it via my main Google account. I am uncertain whether I need to delete the channel or if there is a solution to regain access by moving it back to my main Google account or creating a new brand account for access.
I hope for assistance in resolving this matter as the channel, although not large, has been growing, and I am eager to maintain what I have built.

I need help with my 12-year-old stepson's email account. I removed all trusted devices when setting up his new iPhone 8, leaving only his iPhone, my Galaxy S9, and his PlayStation. Despite changing the password on Wednesday 7/24 and Thursday 7/25, his estranged mother managed to access the account. She used her Galaxy J2 as a trusted device, even though I had removed it previously. Now we are locked out of the account, and the recovery process has not been successful. I was never informed about the Galaxy J2 being used and need this situation resolved.

Regrettably, I am unable to access my Google accounts due to prior reliance on the Google Docs app for storing passwords. This situation is critical as these accounts house vital data, including medical records, family birthdays, my resume, a substantial photo library, YouTube content, music, apps, and more. I am having difficulty accessing my Gmail account on my new mobile phone. Despite several attempts at the verification process, I am unable to reset my password. I am frustrated by the excessive advertisements on my Android phone that I paid for. I believe it's unfair for companies like Google to profit by bombarding us with unwanted ads. Subject: Complaint about AdWords Advisors
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated by the AdWords advisors, including Hector Jovel, Al, and Jay. As someone with dyslexia, I made them aware of my condition to aid communication, but unfortunately, I felt disregarded. I addressed my concerns with Hector about his offensive and unsolicited comments regarding dyslexia, hoping for better understanding. I even provided educational resources on dyslexia and its classification under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). My intention is to escalate this matter to management due to the similar treatment from three other representatives. I trust that all parties involved will consider this feedback for future interactions.
