I have someone using an ASUS Chromebook that relied heavily on Google's Google Plus service, which got discontinued. Consequently, the Chromebook is now stuck and unable to function beyond the login page that requires Google Plus. This renders the computer unusable and essentially a brick. We're interested in a refund for this product, and if Google does not provide one, we will return it or find another way to dispose of it. I am looking for Google to contact me or provide an email to connect with reliable customer support. I have noticed there is a considerable update available, but it appears to require an external hard drive. Google's help center is inaccessible due to the unavailability of Google Plus.

I have been using MailChimp to send e-newsletters for about a year now. Recently, all emails sent to Gmail accounts have been flagged as spam due to a message stating there is a dangerous link. Even my own test emails to myself are going to spam. This issue has happened with the last two newsletters I sent, resulting in significantly reduced open rates. I am worried about their deliverability and concerned about any potential harmful links. When I tried to resend past newsletters, the same warning message appeared. I am about to send a new newsletter today and anticipate the same problem. I am seeking assistance in resolving this. I have already reached out to MailChimp, and I suspect this could be a Gmail-specific issue as suggested by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. If anyone has insights or suggestions, please let me know. Thank you.

Hello,
I accidentally triggered the Firefox browser Installer on August 4, [redacted], from my desktop, which seemed to have caused me to lose access to my Gmail account via the new Firefox install. However, I later discovered another Firefox icon on my desktop representing a previous installation. Opening Firefox through this icon restored access to my Gmail account. I received an email from Google on August 5, [redacted], approving my request to regain access to my account. Although I prefer to keep using my current Firefox setup with the embedded password, I do not have it readily available. I would appreciate any advice on managing access to my Gmail account. Kindly respond via email at [redacted] Thank you. Alexander

I am having trouble creating a Google account for the association I am part of. I mistakenly entered the wrong birth year, causing the system to prompt me for parental controls, which are not necessary as I am an adult. Now, when I try to proceed and enter the association's name or link it with the user ID, the system is not allowing me to move forward. This has prevented me from setting up the account with the correct association name. I would appreciate any assistance as I prefer to use Google services and I am not as familiar with other email platforms. Thank you for your help.

I am seeking donors or organizations willing to assist me in funding my education to become a pharmacist. I am open to repayment once I start working. I have reached out to numerous charities and universities globally without success. Any guidance on how to connect with potential donors or organizations would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received an email requesting confirmation of my emergency contact information to recover my account. The emergency phone number listed was unfamiliar to me. When asked to provide the correct number, I couldn't proceed due to the texted code required for confirmation, which I couldn't receive as I don't have a cell phone. I was unable to find an option to have the code sent via email, leading to an incorrect telephone number in my account details. I am seeking assistance from a customer service representative to resolve this matter. Despite attempting to use a service to connect with technical support, there was a language barrier as they couldn't process that I don't possess a text-capable device. They required a number for texting purposes before a technician could assist, which is an unfeasible solution for me.

Hello, I am Samantha Pineda. I am facing an issue accessing my late grandmother's Gmail account. After discovering her username and password last year following her passing, my mother and I logged in to back up her photos on Google Photos. However, we have since forgotten the new password we set, and there is no backup email or phone number to recover the account. This is crucial for my mother as she shared a special bond with my grandma. I have been trying to regain access for about three months now. Please, I urgently need assistance. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you, and have a blessed day.

I am currently unable to access my primary email account because the phone associated with that email has stopped working. The password details are stored in the phone itself, which can't be unlocked. Motorola has advised me to factory reset the phone, but I require my Google account information for that. I am unable to recall the correct password, as the one I thought was correct seems to be wrong, and I'm receiving a message mentioning a password change 15 days ago, which I don't remember doing. I urgently need access to this email account for work, Veterans Affairs information, and more. The email in question is [redacted], and the previous passwords I used were either H_nter!2 or A$hes289.

I am experiencing difficulties with a Chromebook ASUS model that relied on Google's Google Plus service, which has been discontinued. As a result, the computer is non-functional and stuck at the login page. I am looking to return the product for a refund, either directly to Google or through another method if necessary. I am open to resolving this matter through contact from Google's customer support. Any potential updates for the Chromebook that require an external hard drive are currently not feasible due to the Google Plus service shutdown. I am unable to use the Google Help Center for assistance. My preference is for a refund in this situation.

I purchased a Motorola phone in March [redacted], but unfortunately lost it last weekend. Verizon advised me to suspend the service and get a prepaid phone, which they connected to my original number. I am worried about my photos and contacts stored on the lost phone. I am unable to access my Gmail account as my password is not working despite multiple attempts. Could you please help me retrieve my Gmail texts and photos on my new prepaid phone? My email is [redacted], and my password is Garland1. I would appreciate any assistance to access this information. If needed, Verizon can confirm the details. I would like to receive updates via text at [redacted] since I can't log into my email. For further verification, my sister's email is [redacted]. Thank you.

I work in IT for a copier company where we sell multifunction machines that are capable of copying, scanning, faxing, and more. Our main concern is setting up scan-to-email settings on our machines to enable our customers to receive scans directly to their email accounts. We often face challenges with SMTP servers being blocked by customers who use basic Gmail accounts or G Suite. The problem arises when we input authentication information and attempt to send emails to the same user providing the authentication details; the server blocks these emails due to suspicions of spoofing or spam. It seems to be related to the email being sent from the same account that is receiving it. I would appreciate any suggestions or information you can offer to help resolve this issue, such as a reliable SMTP relay server or an alternate email from address that would not trigger spam or spoofing filters. Thank you for your assistance.

I am a disappointed Human Kenwor... My attempts to resolve an issue with Epic (Final Fantasy) have hit a dead end. Despite numerous attempts to contact them and present evidence proving their accountability, they have continuously ignored my concerns. The problem arose from transactions made through Google Play. Initially, Google showed interest in assisting me by pressuring Epic for a refund, but this support quickly dissipated. Subsequent interactions with Google representatives were unfruitful, as they redirected me to Epic for refunds. Unfortunately, Epic's developers are inaccessible, and their support staff adamantly refuse to consider refunds under any circumstance.

Someone has placed a security pattern on my phone and changed my Gmail password. I do have a recovery email, but it says I have to wait 3 to 5 days for an update. It's been 5 days now, and I still don't have access to my Gmail account to reset the password. My Gmail account is [redacted], which I've had for several years. Unfortunately, due to health issues, I don't remember the exact creation date as I've been through multiple surgeries and battled cancer. Can you assist me in creating a new password so I can access my phone that I recently purchased?
Thank you,
Linda D.

After the recent update, like many others, my account was reset to zero. Despite promising incredible power boosts and unique opportunities on the day of the reset, all of those purchases became worthless later on. It appears to be a deliberate and unethical act by the company, which reflects poorly on Google for endorsing such practices. Google needs to address this issue and compel the company to refund the money lost due to their deceitful tactics. If Google fails to intervene, they should be held accountable for supporting a company involved in fraudulent activities. The community might have grounds for a class action lawsuit against Google and the company responsible for these schemes.

I am in urgent need of assistance with accessing my primary Google account, [redacted] Due to this issue, I created this temporary account. Consequently, I am unable to access various platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, along with retrieving my phone numbers, causing significant disarray in my life. My main Google account, [redacted], is the account in question. My last name is Rautamaa, and my first name is Santeri, which is why this email was named 'santerautis.' I have been utilizing [redacted] since around [redacted]. I am able to provide the answer to the secret question (Ritva Jalava), recall my previous phone number ([redacted]), and even remember my old password (Santengoogle99). Despite this information, I am still unable to access my account as the verification process is not confirming my identity. I am eager for prompt assistance and willing to provide additional verification such as a picture of my ID and my social security number. Thank you.

Yesterday, my phone was hacked again. It was put in TalkBack mode, and I could hear the voice while on another call. My PIN was changed, and my fingerprints were disabled. I could hear what was going on and screenshots were taken. I am using [redacted] This situation is out of control, and it's causing me distress. Since January, this has been happening, and I suspect Troy UPMAN. I feel overwhelmed as I have lost contact with everyone on my phone, and I have to constantly add new Gmail accounts. Despite using a Verizon phone now, the hacker still manages to access my Google account. I urgently need help to address this security breach. I've contacted support multiple times, but the issue persists. Please, assist me in fixing this as soon as possible.

Since January, I've been experiencing continuous hacking issues with my phone. My name is Christine Mary K., and my Gmail is [redacted]. However, the hacker has access to this information, so I can't use that email. The hacker's behavior worsened yesterday, and I suspect he wants to hire someone. Despite Google and Verizon's efforts to block him, he's still gaining unauthorized access. It's a distressing situation, and I need it resolved. To maintain my security, I've created a new Gmail account, [redacted]. Nonetheless, I'm uncertain how long I can keep it before the hacker interferes. He has changed my phone's password, fingerprints, and added a PIN, leaving me locked out. Earlier today, when I attempted to use my phone, it had been reset.

Last month or the month before, a charge of around $5.00 was billed to my credit/debit card, which I did not authorize. I have made similar purchases for a game on my phone in the past, but not the most recent one. Due to my wife's recent passing and me caring for her, I did not address the charge. Today, my bank notified me that my card was blocked due to multiple unfamiliar purchases, some attributed to Google. While some purchases may be related to my security cameras, others under "Google California" are unauthorized. There have been more unauthorized charges since July 15 connected to "Google California." If you need to reach me, please contact me at [redacted].
