Hi there. I recently started using Uber on a regular basis because I've had ankle surgery. I had to call an Uber recently to get to an appointment. The driver came, he was a very nice man, he was disabled, the left side of his body was paralyzed. This did not affect his driving, however, I could see the dread on his face when he realized that he needed to put my wheelchair in the back of his car. There really should be a place on your app to leave comments for the driver such as, please pull up to the house, passenger has difficulty walking or passenger has a wheelchair... Your drivers will be able to provide better service if they know what to expect.
GetHuman-jsjessie did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
