There are several trips that I was overcharged for and these are the dates that I am referring to: On ********* the charge was $**.** On ******* The charge was $**.** On ******* The charge was $**.** On ********* the charge was $**.** On ********* the charge was $**.** On ********* the charge was $**.** These prices are ridiculous for an eight minute ride* nonetheless, I was quoted $**-$** at most for the service. A refund is in order as the price quoted did not reflect what I was charged. I asked for a refund and all I get is an automated message explaining fares. As far as I'm concerned kind of practice is unacceptable and not fair to consumers. I have sent screenshots and still nothing, but an automated system replied with an explanation of fares. I would not just like an email, I would like a phone call as they have my number.
