I have contacted Comcast for months trying to get someone to replace the **" plastic pedestal cover over the cabling in my front yard which disintegrated over the Winter.*I've been given ticket * *********. I've followed up since March and still have not been able to get the cover replaced. The garbage bag I placed over the cabling to protect it is still in place.
GetHuman-heidiho did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
