I have been trying for weeks to get someone at Amazon Seller Central to resolve a problem with our account. They only send the same two form letters - neither of which addresses the issue. So - we've given up.**We're now ready to close the account and leave Amazon altogether. Unfortunately, there is a -$*.** balance that has been tied to this account for months - meaning, Amazon's system has not processed that penny automatically. And apparently, I can't even cancel an account without their help.**Are you able to tell me how to drop this penny (which they owe me and I don't care about) and close this account? Or maybe you can share the magic passcode that'd connect me to a real person?
GetHuman6129164 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
I have been an Amazon Seller for about *yrs - customer support is DISMAL, beyond horrible. As a consumer, however, their support is great. We buy tens of thousands of dollars in equipment and supplies for our business through Amazon every year.
I have tried the chat window for consumers, I have tried the Get Support option, I have used an "escalation" email address... but it almost seems like these messages I'm writing are being filtered and answered by a computer that cannot understand the situation?
